About Our Founder
My name is Mickie Funderburke and I create solutions to marketing challenges through the use of digital platforms. People tell me I can sing a little, but that’s a whole ‘notha conversation, LOL.
The Why
I founded this agency to focus on a specialization in understanding target audiences who are digital pioneers vs. digital natives, commonly misnomered into one group, better known as millennials and Generation Z (trust me, there's a difference)! I also understand that buying power lies in the millennials, Xiennials, and Baby Boomer for all things creative. I studied them all; therefore, this agency can adapt to multiple audiences for your business.
How did I get started in digital and social media industry?
I was a 9 to 5er and creative entrepreneur who found my “purpose” by helping other creatives find theirs.
As a former creative and 9 to 5er, I took a leap of faith and left to do for myself what I had been doing on my job. I supervised a team of 6, provided service for up to 50 corporate sponsors., oversaw project management, event planning, social media marketing, print marketing, webpage copywriting, video content creation, weekly eNewsletters, app management, and the list goes on. Sounds like an agency to me, doesn’t it?
I always had 5000 hustles (exaggerating).
With a background in music, media, and entertainment industries, I believe my time has come to help others realize their full potential. I am the go-to tech queen for virtual events with engagement for over 100+ collegiate events, conferences, and various clientele each year within my circle.
